Our Roofing project Continues! Three buildings are complete. They will be working even in cooler temperatures but not in rain or snow. You will receive an email when the Board is notified that your building will be starting. The dumpsters may be in the clubhouse parking lot for the buildings closest to the lot. Otherwise they will be in the visitor parking lot on East or West. They will notify the residents before they start working on front of the units in case they need to get the car out of the garage prior to them working on the front.
PLEASE! DO NOT FEED THE DUCKS! Wildlife experts have asked us before to stop this action as it continues to spread the Bird Flu. Bird flu has been found in other animals and we do not want our pets to contract it nor the other wildlife we have in out community.
Please be aware of parking rules. No overnight, on street parking. If you have two vehicles, one must be in the garage and the second must be in the driveway, this is per our Declaration of Regulations and Restrictions.
This is a new year and the Board is striving for a new start. We will be enforcing the current rules and regulations. This includes parking rules, clubhouse rentals, and changes made to the exterior of your building including plantings! There will be fines levied to those who break the rules.
Please ask BEFORE you make any changes to the outside of your villas.
